From intake to speaking with the PA and then finally the doctor the overall experience was pleasant. Mainly the bed side manner of the PA and Dr. Harastani was 5 star white glove treatment. They really listened to everything that was going on and asked many followup questions to understand the full picture. Thank you I certainly found the right doctors foy my kids.

My kids have been going to Lapeer Pediatrics since my son was born 13 years ago. My complaints these past 13 years are very minimal, mostly being just staff issues at the time. However I went on their website outside of office hours to get an appointment for my daughter, who had been struggling a cough for over a week at that point. The website gave me an appt time of 2:10pm and that someone would call me to confirm that appt during business hours. 3 hours into their work day, I called to ask about the appt. I was told that the online appt option never guarantees an appt and that they were all booked up and my daughter couldn't be seen. I expressed my frustration about this asking what the point of an online scheduling option is if it's not upheld. She said they've talked to the doctors about that and have had complaints but the doctors don't do anything to change it. I told her I would leave a review expressing my frustration and she encouraged me to do so. So here is my review letting others know not to schedule online. And to the doctors that apparently know of this issue, I will adjust my review when the scheduling option is either removed from the website or it actually works.

I love Dr Harastani (the Father). I love his energy and personality and is great with kids, casually so. Everything he says or suggests I agree with, without a doubt. I trust my son in his care and love his approach. He has an endearing bed side manner that I have yet to come by that includes his wisdom, knowledge and obvious experience, though mostly unspoken. I don’t find many doctors that are on the same page with what I know for certain nor on a personal level. And I appreciate all that I’ve mentioned, tremendously. I would love to pick his brain or just have a normal conversation with him, too. (Im a Mom of a rambunctious boy who is also very chatty, who thinks he has his own little person rights and strongly emphasizes and insists on his “diplomatic approach”, L*rd help is all, that lil guy must be heard). Thank you!

I am very happy to have pediatricians like them for my children. During the last visit, Dr. A Mititelu helped my teenager a lot by listening to her carefully , My daugher is happy with her. Thank you very much for your great service. I will always recommend you

Dr. Sami is amazing. He’s so transparent, supportive, helpful and great with kids. On top of all that he allows space for the parent to be the lead in making the best decisions for the child.

They go above and beyond in helping my kids. My kids old doctor didn't seem to want to do any tests for my kids. This doctor will do anything to help my kids to be healthy and happy.

I’ve been taking my children to lapeer pediatrics for the last 4 years after moving from out of state. I absolutely love Dr. Alex and Dr. Danielle. My girls used to be very nervous about going to the doctor but Dr. Alex has made them feel so comfortable that now they ask to go to the office to visit her. Dr Danielle is my newborn daughter’s doctor and she is so knowledgeable, she’s answered all my questions and made me feel really comfortable with choices around my babies care. I can’t say enough good things and highly recommend this office!

My son had a great appt. with Jennifer! She knew all the right things to say to him during his exam to get him to participate, she was thorough, patient, and very nice!
